Dora has a background in Early Childhood Education and Behavioral Science. She spent several years working in a behavioral hospital before stepping into a leadership role at a childcare center, where she discovered her passion for helping children grow, learn, and accomplish their goals. Dora is also currently continuing her education to become a doula.

Outside of work, Dora enjoys cuddling with her dog, Lana, watching a good movie, trying new coffee shops, and spending quality time with her family.
