What You'll Do
Work directly with children while helping them build skills and celebrate progress.
- Implementing treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
- Building communication, social, and daily living skills
- Supporting positive behaviors
- Tracking client progress
- Collaborating with the clinical team
- Participating in ongoing training and development
What We're Looking For
We're looking for energetic, patient, and compassionate people who genuinely enjoy helping children succeed.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is helpful, but previous ABA experience is not required.
Axis provides training and support.
