Caitlyn brings over seven years of experience working with children in childcare settings and four years in school environments. Her passion for supporting children as they learn and grow has been a driving force throughout her career. Raised in a large, close-knit family, Caitlyn values connection, patience, and creating a nurturing, supportive atmosphere for the children she works with. Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys staying active through exercise, spending time outdoors, and connecting with friends. She also shares her home with a playful and energetic dog who keeps life fun.
