Destiny is a William Penn University student in her last year earning her bachelors in Psychology and Human Services while minoring in Biology. During her studies she was also part of the Women’s Volleyball team. As she completes her studies, she is asked to do multiple practicum research and internships. She chose to intern at Axis Therapy Center because of her passion to help assist those in need and finds it very rewarding to help those succeed in the near future. She has a passion to see people grow mentally and physically. That being said, she is currently in the works of applying to Master programs back in Texas to potentially become a Clinical Psychologist who focuses on children behavior development who undergo trauma. She enjoys learning to better not just herself but for others around her. Destiny is originally from Houston, Texas and is currently living in Oskaloosa, Iowa with her best friend who she had met at William Penn and her cat Momo. She enjoys the little things in life but her number one would have to be drinking coffee or going to cute coffee shops.
