Elma is a sophomore at Iowa State University studying psychology. She’s always had a sense of caring for others, emotionally and physically, which is where her aspirations of becoming an occupational therapist came from. She’s worked with children in the past, and her favorite part is the end of their journey, when she can see all the progress they’ve made and how they’ve grown into wonderful individuals. Outside of work, Elma enjoys spending my time with her friends and family, reading books, and exploring new places. All said, she’s excited to begin this new chapter at Axis Therapy, where she will build meaningful relationships with children and help them gain skills to become the best versions of themselves.
