Kaiya has had a passion for working with children for several years. Her first experiences were babysitting, coaching youth softball teams, and being a foster sister. High school is where her learning more about children with special needs began to grow, and she had the opportunity to get to know and participate with the students in the special education P.E. class. After graduating high school, she got experience working as a special education associate at the elementary and preschool levels. Providing the best quality of care she can is very important to her. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
