Kim has been involved with helping children and adults achieve their highest potential for the past 28 years. First, as a teacher in the Des Moines metro, she was a classroom teacher with a passion to support all children in learning, growing, and developing into the best version of themselves. Now, in her second career, Kim has been successful in guiding and cultivating relationships for adults with their career journey. She believes in listening to employee concerns to make their work environment one that is conducive to safety, fairness, and culturally acceptive. When not working, Kim is passionate about reading, being outside and crafting. She is a beach lover and wants to explore as many white sandy beaches as possible. Kim’s two grown children are often a topic of conversation she is more than happy to brag to anyone about.
