Before joining Axis, Vivian worked as a Direct Support Professional supporting adults with disabilities. Through this experience, she developed a strong foundation in providing individualized care with patience and empathy. Vivian is passionate about helping others navigate challenges and achieve meaningful growth, and she is excited to apply these skills to build positive, supportive relationships with children and their families. Outside of work, Vivian enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new coffee shops, and thrifting.
