Responsibilities
- Management: Ensures that this policy is implemented and followed within all departments and operations. Management is responsible for addressing any instances of discrimination or harassment promptly and appropriately.
- Employees: Expected to comply with this policy and report any behavior that violates this policy
to their supervisor or designated human resources personnel. Employees are also required to
support a culture of inclusion and respect. - Clients: Encouraged to bring any concerns about discrimination or harassment to the attention of Axis Therapy Centers staff. Clients can expect a fair and timely response to any issues they raise.
Any individual who believes they have been subjected to or witnessed discriminatory behavior or harassment should report the incident to their supervisor, a designated human resources representative, or through other established channels for reporting grievances. Axis Therapy Centers is committed to investigating all complaints thoroughly and impartially.
We will take appropriate action to address any confirmed violations of this policy, which may include corrective action up to and including termination of employment or termination of services. Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern or participates in an investigation is strictly prohibited.
