Courtney graduated from Humboldt High School and brings approximately four years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where she developed valuable skills in caring for and supporting individuals with diverse needs. Courtney also has experience supporting children who are hard of hearing and benefit from speech education. This work is especially meaningful to her as the mother of a 10-year-old son who wears hearing aids in both ears. Her personal and professional experiences have given her a strong appreciation for the importance of patience, communication, individualized support, and celebrating each accomplishment along the way. Courtney has always had a passion for helping others and was drawn to this position because of the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. She enjoys building relationships, being involved in her community, and supporting others as they work toward their goals and greater independence. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and family, being active in her community, attending church, and making memories with the people she loves.
