Emma F.

Emma is so excited to be back at Axis and working with these amazing kiddos! She was previously an RBT here for almost 2 whole years, however, after gaining her bachelor’s degree in May of 2025, she decided to part ways and go work for the Department of Health and Human Services. Just after 7 months of serving the families of Iowa, she realized that she loved working one-on-one with kiddos! Emma is so thankful for the opportunities she had with HHS and the families and kiddos she got to meet there; however, she is even more excited to be back with Axis! A fun fact about Emma is that she recently married her best friend, Jacob! So, she’s officially no longer Emma O. and is now Emma F.! In their free time, Jacob and Emma love spending time with their friends and family, watching movies, and playing card games. Emma is so excited to continue being part of the amazing growth and learning journeys of the kiddos at Axis. Seeing our clients reach new milestones, overcome challenges, and make incredible strides motivates her to be my personal best so she can support them along the way.
