Yew Shun is a recent graduate from Iowa State University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. He plans to eventually attend graduate school for further studies in counseling psychology and social work. He is passionate about mental healthcare, trauma-informed care, and helping others in the field of human services. He has taken courses on childhood development and resilience and intends to embody learned philosophies about individual-centered care in his work. Yew Shun also brings experience from working as an administrative assistant for a counseling clinic at ISU, where he helped clients facilitate and schedule therapy sessions. In his free time, he likes to play board games with friends and take leisurely strolls in parks.
